OUR APPROACH
Identify. Improve. Represent.
Harvest Intelligence helps businesses prepare proprietary data assets for licensing through intermediaries. We represent the data owner; the intermediary handles licensing.
Start with evidence. Build readiness.
The first engagement is an exploratory data asset review. Begin with high-level descriptions, not confidential records. Further development or representation follows a separate agreed scope.
01 / Identify candidate assets
Map the data your business generates, its provenance, coverage, maintenance, and potential uses. Identify ownership and permitted-use questions for the appropriate advisers.
02 / Evaluate commercial readiness
Assess quality, documentation, delivery requirements, and potential relevance to intermediary-led licensing opportunities, including AI use cases. Demand must be investigated.
03 / Improve the asset
Prioritize practical improvements with your team: consistent formats, clearer metadata, quality checks, provenance records, and a defined refresh process. Agree who implements each step and how readiness will be assessed.
04 / Represent the data owner
Where an asset is suitable and an engagement is agreed, assess intermediary fit, prepare the commercial presentation, and coordinate evaluation on the owner’s behalf. The intermediary handles downstream licensing under agreed terms.
What stays under your control?
Your business approves what is shared, with whom, and for what purpose. Access, permitted uses, exclusivity, and commercial terms require explicit agreement. No review guarantees licensing proceeds.
